Mateo Acosta-Rubio is an entrepreneurial leader passionate about education and community empowerment. As the Executive Director and co-founder of LetAllGirls, he has built and led multiple teams, raised funds for various ventures, and established the organization as a platform for meaningful change. Mateo co-founded LetAllGirls alongside his classmate, Didi Ding Mayen Kuai, who initially envisioned the project. After Didi’s unexpected passing, Mateo continued her legacy by driving forward the mission to support the next generation of South Sudanese girls through education.
With a proven track record of leadership, Mateo’s strong communication skills have been showcased as a public speaker, winning multiple pitch competitions and participating as a panelist at various events. Currently studying at Babson College, where he first met Didi, Mateo’s dedication to lasting social change aligns perfectly with LetAllGirls' vision of empowering underserved communities.
