Madison Spence

Madison Spence is deeply passionate about intergenerational education, youth development, and social and political change. She brings a unique blend of social and environmental justice awareness, alongside her keen interest in behavioral development, to every role she takes on. Having studied Social Entrepreneurship at Babson College, Madi has already built a strong foundation in community leadership through various initiatives, including co-founding the Black Women’s Association and serving as a JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) Leader. Madi’s experience ranges from her work as a program facilitator at The Message Academy, empowering youth through media literacy, to her leadership roles in diversity organizations aimed at fostering inclusion and growth. With her drive to improve lives and expand access to education and opportunities, Madi is committed to creating lasting social impact through her work at LetAllGirls.
