As the Director of Service and Justice Programs at Babson College’s Lewis Institute, Lisa has grown the institution’s service initiatives from 2,500 to 40,000 hours annually and developed innovative programs like the Natalie Taylor Scholarship to honor students dedicated to service. She also completed a specialized leadership program focused on women in board positions, enhancing her skills in strategic governance.
